My family, the Codello family, after the division of a property between brothers in 1929, as it was the custom at the time, moved to their farm in via Rocat and Ferrari.
This was an ancient road, built at the end of the eighteenth century by the Rocat and Ferrari families, in order to access their respective land.
The cultivation of grapes, a typical cultivation of the area, begins in these lands, and the production of the first sparkling wine with natural fermentation in the bottle starts.
The following generations will continue along the path of quality production, dedicating themselves to the care of the vineyards, the manual harvesting and the selection of the grapes used for the preparation of wines.
Values that today as then distinguish the Roccat winery.
For them we created the Taverna, for the large groups, the rooms with B & B service and the Tavernetta, more intimate and informal for small groups and passing companies.
Not to mention the experiences, real moments of pure immersion in the magical territory of Valdobbiadene DOCG.
All this because we think that dedicating our time to our guests, listening and telling pleasant stories, is the best way to really get to know them and to make ourselves known.
Very often, in fact, we see them leaving pleasantly sorry but also, just as often, we see them return with a smile, mindful of that past experience.
This is the sign that we have managed to leave them with good memories, and this is what really matters.
