Tranquillo still white wine

For those who are not from this area, when a wine does not have bubbles it is called “tranquillo”, made with Glera grapes, the same from which we create our best wines.

It is the wine of tradition, the most ancient version of prosecco and it is produced with great care, there is no room for mistakes.

We have always produced Tranquillo: in 1990 my father Clemente produced the first bottle of Roccat branded “tranquillo”, at that time called Prosecco Fermo.

Every year I select the grapes very carefully because I want to give it a certain lightness and a balanced structure that translates into a lingering pleasantness in the mouth.

In 2020, we were lucky with the grapes, which are of very good quality: the Tranquillo is perfect.
