A new type of Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG in the ‘on the lees’ version that recalls the tradition of our hills. In fact, this sparkling wine matures for about 12 months in the bottle in contact with its own indigenous yeasts. The result is a fine, creamy bubble accompanied by a strong, persistent and savoury taste. On the nose, sensations of ripe fruit, bread crust and aromatic herbs stand out.
Pair with typical local products such as sopressa and mountain cheeses.
